Product Identification Investigator

National plaintiffs' law firm located in Oakland is seeking a Product Identification Investigator.

The Product Identification Investigator will perform a broad range of duties, including but not limited to, research, interviewing clients and witnesses, performing library and on-line research, attending and performing document reviews, preparing summaries, assisting in preparing legal documents, and maintaining case files.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/qualifications:

• Ability to work under pressure due to time and content sensitive deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Computer literacy required.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail oriented with the ability to think and problem solve logically and creatively.
• Pro-active approach to workload.
• Some local travel necessary, with occasional possibility of travel elsewhere in California or out-of-state.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

• Prior experience working in a legal, investigative, research, or labor union environment desired.
• Experience with research and interview skills and techniques preferred.
