How old is your firm?

The Firm opened for business on March 1, 1974, and ever since has represented individuals and their families in third party asbestos cases, workers' compensation claims, and medical malpractice cases. Asbestos lawsuits comprise the majority of our caseload. Since the 1980s The Firm has also represented plaintiffs in other toxic chemical exposure and personal injury lawsuits.
