I've worked in asbestos litigation since 1995, yet I never ceased to be amazed at the terrible injustice visited upon asbestos victims and their families. My purpose is to help these people in any way that I can. I was taught as a child that inequity was not only wrong, but that I should actively fight against it; I took that lesson to heart. I worked as an extern for Judge John Munter of the San Francisco Superior Court while in law school, and saw first-hand how many people needed help dealing with their injuries.

I've prepared over 70 arbitrations against a class action asbestos defendant, and helped obtain over $4,000,000 in arbitration awards for my clients. I have researched, located and organized product identification against numerous defendants, making it possible to attain settlements from them. I also pursued clients' personal-injury asbestos claims against bankrupt defendants. The more I learn about the asbestos industry, the more intent I become on securing justice for my clients.

I am a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and Queen's Bench.
