Several Kazan Law attorneys and staff members were proud to attend the Oath of Office and Investiture celebration for the Honorable Carole M. Bosch, Judge of the Contra Costa County Superior Court who was appointed by Governor Gavin Newsom on February 19, 2026. The ceremony took place on June 25, 2026, at the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors auditorium.

Carole Bosch was a former attorney with Kazan McClain Satterley & Greenwood, where she specialized in complex product liability and toxic tort cases. Judge Bosch then served as an administrative law judge with the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, before her appointment to the Contra Costa County Court.
A former colleague and Kazan alum, Ian Rivamonte, now a Judge at the Monterey Superior Court, was an invited speaker at the event about his working relationship with Judge Bosch when they were both attorneys at the Kazan Law firm.
Kazan Law is proud to have worked with these two talented attorneys, among others, prior to their respective judicial appointments. We are confident that Judge Bosch will be an outstanding addition to the County of Contra Costa bench.
