For many years as an attorney, I represented the interests of both large corporations and real people. I have decided that I prefer helping real people, and am therefore devoting my career to fighting for the rights of those harmed by corporate greed and indifference.

My practice for the last several years has focused on prosecuting and defending appeals and motions on behalf of the victims of asbestos-caused personal injury. It has been my great fortune to have been involved in some of the most important recent battles raging in our appellate courts concerning asbestos victims' rights. I will continue to do everything within my power to insure that those responsible for the asbestos scourge are held fully accountable.

I am certified as a specialist in appellate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

In 1998 I joined The Firm and I work in the Law and Motion Department.

I am also the proud father of three young daughters who occupy the center of my life.
