42 Years - A Professional Law Corporation - Helping Asbestos Victims Since 1974

IMIG 2018

14th Conference of the International Mesothelioma Interest Group

Since its founding in 1974, Kazan, McClain, Satterley & Greenwood, A Professional Law Corporation, has represented many hundreds of people suffering from mesothelioma. Some of the principals in this law firm are pioneers in asbestos litigation and among the most experienced mesothelioma lawyers in the United States.

We have seen at first hand the devastation mesothelioma wreaks on patients and their families, and share your devotion to ending this epidemic.

We are pleased to continue supporting the International Mesothelioma Interest Group in Ottawa, just as we did in Chicago (2006), Amsterdam (2008), Kyoto (2010), Boston (2012), Capetown (2014) and Birmingham (2016).

In addition to our support of international efforts to coordinate scientific and medical research on mesothelioma, we operate a national law practice from our office in California, representing people from all over the US. We offer each prospective client a free consultation, our unsurpassed skill based on over 40 years of experience and our commitment to participate in contributing to funding research with any of our clients who desire to use some of their resources in that effort.

Kazan Law’s Commitment to Research

The Kazan, McClain Partners’ Foundation, Inc. has awarded more than $6 million in grants for medical research to find a cure for mesothelioma. We have been active in the fight against asbestos and has long supported the international efforts to ban its use. We have disbursed over $20 million in grants to an array of community and civic organizations to support research into causes of, treatment for, and prevention of occupational and environmental diseases, increase and improve public awareness about work-place health and safety, and provide relief to the poor.

International Ban Asbestos SecretariatThe Kazan, McClain Partners’ Foundation, Inc has provided significant support for the international efforts to ban asbestos use, much of which has been channeled through IBAS, established in 2000 to provide a conduit for the exchange of information between groups and individuals working to achieve a global asbestos ban and seeking to alleviate the damage caused by widespread asbestos use.
