Ryan Phillips, Associate

Ryan Phillips is an associate at Kazan, McClain, Satterley & Greenwood, A Professional Law Corporation. Prior to joining Kazan Law in 2025, he spent ten years at a national mesothelioma law firm, where he served as a lead attorney.

Ryan has represented individuals who have developed mesothelioma after being exposed to asbestos in a wide range of settings and occupations. His practice includes all phases of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

He has taken numerous depositions of corporate representatives, treating physicians, experts, and fact witnesses, and has argued and briefed motions in state and federal courts. He has also appeared on behalf of clients in appellate matters.

Throughout his career, his practice has focused on representing individuals and families harmed by asbestos exposure and ensuring their voices are heard in the legal system.
